How Partnership Actually Works
Look, we've tried different partnership models over the past few years. Some worked brilliantly. Others taught us what not to do again.
What we've learned is that the best collaborations happen when both sides bring something distinct to the table. You might have community trust and local connections. We have project frameworks and implementation experience. Together, that combination often delivers better results than either of us could manage alone.
- Revenue sharing arrangements — when you bring opportunities to us, we split project fees in a way that reflects everyone's contribution
- Co-delivery models — for larger initiatives where your team handles community engagement while we manage technical implementation
- Resource access — partners get early information about funding opportunities and program development tools we've built
- Training opportunities — we run occasional workshops for partner organizations on project management approaches that have worked for us
Getting Started Is Straightforward
Most partnerships begin with a conversation about what you're already working on and where collaboration might add value. No complicated onboarding process.
Initial Conversation
We meet to discuss what you're currently doing, challenges you're facing, and whether our capabilities align with needs you're seeing in your work. This usually takes about an hour and happens over coffee or a video call.
Trial Collaboration
Before committing to anything formal, we typically work together on a smaller project first. This gives both sides a chance to see how we operate and whether the partnership actually makes sense beyond theory.
Ongoing Partnership
If that initial project goes well, we formalize the arrangement with a partnership agreement that outlines how we'll work together, handle opportunities, and share responsibilities. We review this annually to make sure it still serves both organizations.
